Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within a few days.
Items marked as Pre-Order — Limited Release may require additional time. Please allow 2–4 weeks for fulfillment from the date of purchase.
What does “Pre-Order” mean?
Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities after purchase. This allows us to reduce overproduction and maintain our small-batch approach.
Why are some items pre-order?
We produce in small batches to maintain quality and avoid excess. Offering select items as pre-order allows us to create intentionally rather than mass produce.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery upon request.
Eligible returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you need a different size or item, reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate exchanges based on availability.
What items are eligible for return?
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
Products & Sizing
How do your items fit?
Our pieces are designed for a comfortable, everyday fit. Please refer to the sizing guide on each product page for exact measurements.
Are your designs original?
Yes. Every design is hand-drawn and created from scratch, then brought to life on our garments. No templates or stock graphics are used.
Will items be restocked?
Some pieces may return, but not all. We produce in limited quantities, and availability is not guaranteed once an item sells out.
